From high-octane championship rallies to exhibition games and a breezy awards ceremony at sunset, our Tatler Padel Series Singapore served six divisions of champions, immersive brand activations, and a Regional Finals triumph up for grabs
Presented by Standard Chartered and powered by Club Med and Lacoste, the Tatler Padel Series—Asia’s first premium padel tournament, a six-month circuit across seven markets and eight events—has already moved through Bali, Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok, Hong Kong and beyond, drawing more than 2,000 players and members of the Tatler community along the way. At the end of August, it was Singapore’s turn to host, and Mandala Racquet Club delivered exactly the setting the Series had been building towards all season so far.

Across four pristine indoor courts, the standard was exactly as high as the venue suggested. Across six categories—Bronze, Silver and Gold for both Men’s and Women’s—the weekend produced its glorious share of big rallies, tight tie-breaks and genuine sportsmanship. For the Bronze Female category, Faye Li and Rachel Goh took the title over runners-up Velda Tan and Jeanne Koh; while the Bronze Male win went to Anthony Wee and Neelesh Zaveri, ahead of Richard Loh and Erik Chan. The intense Silver final matches saw Gabriella Hosford and Mana Miyai triumph over Darya Rybakova and Ong Xi Qing, while Male’s title went to Anthony Beevers and Loi Luu, with Nirmit Nevatia and Tom Tan finishing runners-up in noble fashion. In the weekend’s marquee Gold Finals, the Gold Female podium went to Shaila Hiranandani and Angela Sim who took the win ahead of Elaine Koay and Angel Soon in a high-octane rally, while Pablo Rodriguez Aracil and Han Ren Lim were crowned champions over TJ Durup and Shane Marshall.
The action and connection weren’t confined to the perfectly air-conditioned courts, however. Standard Chartered’s hospitality suite housed The Rehab Lab’s Recovery Zone for post-match muscle relief—and live-match recovery when players faced any injuries—while Club Med’s booth kept guests entertained with vacation-inspired prizes and a preview of its resort journeys. Lacoste drew crowds of its own, with sign-ups running for stylish padel merch and a shot at an exclusive Lacoste L-Max or L-Soft padel racket set. Then there was 2100 Performance’s interactive recovery space, a mini-gym for players to warm up or put grip strength and reflexes to the test between matches; while Clé de Peau Beauté’s Recovery Lounge offered a luxurious respite with well-stocked vanities and hand massages. Support also came from Limwood, Kullamust and Edit who kept both the bar and buffet spreads filled with drinks and low-calorie, high-protein snacks to fuel the weekend.

The evening’s awards ceremony brought it all together, with Stephanie Tay, executive managing director of Tatler Singapore and Thailand, reflecting on a weekend built to unite people through sport and an experience that extended well beyond the final point. Zech Tan, head of Affluent Segment & Portfolio Management at Standard Chartered, shared more on the bank’s role in bringing the Series to life across the region, right before Tatler Singapore’s editor-in-chief and features editor, Dana Koh and Nafeesa Saini took over the stage to present the champions and runners-up their well-earned prizes. Alongside Tay and Tan, Mark McFarlane, managing director of Tatler Sports, and Olivier Monceau, Club Med’s general manager Singapore and Malaysia presented the winners with their prizes including Tatler trophies, prize money courtesy of Standard Chartered, and a host of exclusive Club Med and Lacoste rewards.
But for every finalist who walked off Mandala’s courts, the story wasn’t over. Tay shared a very special update as everyone braved the Sentosa heat under what was undeniably a beautiful fiery sunset: every player across all the six categories’ finals qualified for the Tatler Padel Series Regional Final, set to be hosted in Singapore soon. There, they’ll settle once and for all who has played the best padel of the season and who will come out the ultimate champions. Game on.
