Revenue Growth Manager (Hong Kong)

The Revenue Growth Manager will work with the digital team to launch and manage campaigns for sponsored content, programmatic, display ads, and affiliate partnerships. The role will oversee the coordination, development, and implementation of marketing initiatives to achieve revenue goals for Tatler Asia.


  • Assess program objectives, brainstorm ideas to develop strategy plans that align with client goals
  • Identify areas for growth and recommend innovative approaches to strengthen advertiser relationships
  • Create a digital marketing calendar, aligning key initiatives with various business needs
  • Manage the execution of marketing campaigns, from proposal through delivery
  • Spearhead creative requests ensuring content and marketing assets are delivered on time and with the highest quality
  • Maintain ongoing communication with business partners by offering customized solutions and proactively sharing best practices and performance results
  • Monitor traffic sources and activities to ensure legitimate attribution and compliance


  • 5+ year online marketing experience, preferably in campaign and account management
  • A deep understanding of digital media systems (ad servers, attribution, tagging, etc.) and affiliate networks (CJ, Rakuten, etc.)
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and approach business priorities in a data-driven and analytical manner
  • Driven by success with the ability to work under strict and challenging deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, dependable, and efficient
